Trim Pro is billed by Apple, not by us, so it is cancelled through Apple. In the app: Account → Manage Subscription. Or on your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Trim. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the period you have already paid for ends.
Refunds are handled by Apple, and we cannot issue them ourselves. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something about Trim went wrong, email us too — it helps us fix it.
Tap Restore Purchases on the subscribe screen. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account that bought the subscription. If it still does not unlock, email us and say roughly when you subscribed.
This is almost always a temporary connection problem between your device and the App Store. Close and reopen Trim, and check you are online. If it persists for more than a day, email us.
Trim uses Sign in with Apple so there is no password to create and no email to type. It is the only sign-in method, and Trim never sees a password.
Account → Delete Account. Apple will ask you to confirm it is you first. This removes your account and every scan, photo and score on the device. It does not cancel your subscription — do that separately, as above.
Yes. Signing out leaves your scans on the device. Deleting your account removes them.
Trim needs to see a person wearing the outfit. A flat-lay of clothes on a bed will not score. Stand far enough back that most of the outfit is visible, in reasonable light.
No. Scanning runs entirely on your device and photos are never sent anywhere. See the Privacy Policy.
Scans are stored only on your device, so deleting the app or the data removes them permanently and we cannot restore them — there is no copy on a server. Back up your phone if your history matters to you.
Email us with your device model, your iOS version, and what happened. Screenshots help.
